Hello!
You made it to the end of the challenge!
Fifteen days of slowing down, noticing patterns, and making intentional choices is not nothing. Most people never give themselves this kind of space. You did.
Today isn’t about adding one last idea. It’s time to pull everything together.
Week 3: Looking forward
This week is about turning what you’ve learned into something you can carry forward. Not by doing more. By getting clearer.
Week 3, Day 5: Create your reset plan
Your task today is to create a one-page reset plan that captures what you’ve learned and how you want to move forward.
This plan should answer five questions:
Where I was
How you were operating before this reset. The pattern I identified
What you noticed, and why it was quietly detrimental. The experiment I’m running
What you’re trying differently, and why you chose it.What success looks like
The signals that tell you this reset is helping.Risks and non-negotiables
What might get in the way, and what you’re committed to protecting.
This doesn’t need to be polished. It just needs to be honest and usable.
How to do this (two options)
You can write this yourself using the outline above. A rough first pass is enough. Feel free to use this template as a guide.
Or, if you use AI tools at work, you can paste your notes from this challenge into your preferred tool and use a prompt like this:
Using the notes below, help me create a one-page reset plan that clearly explains:
1. The pattern I identified
2. Why it matters
3. The experiment I’m running
4. What success looks like
5. What I’m not trying to change right now
Keep it practical, specific, and grounded in real constraints.
If you don’t have detailed notes, that’s okay. Use what you remember. What stuck is usually the signal.
My example
If it helps to see what this looks like in practice, I’ve shared my own reset plan here:
Completing the challenge
Congratulations on making it to the end of the challenge! If you’d like to officially mark the challenge complete, I’ve put together a short completion survey.
Completing it:
unlocks one free month of All Access, and
enters you to win a free year of All Access.
The survey is short and helps me improve future resets.
A quick thank you
This was my first multi-week reset challenge, and I’m grateful you spent the time to work through it. Completing the survey above will help me plan future free content like this, so thank you in advance for taking the time to fill out the survey.
Cheers to a great 2026,
Kelly
